We celebrated the babies first birthday yesterday evening with a Nacho Night complete with Nachos, movie Nacho Libre and friends and costumes (from the movie). They are both walking beautifully and bonking heads and learning about gravity. We had the Jensen's, the Stewarts, the Martinez' families over and had lots of fun. We also had homemade Deluxe Chocolate Cake and homemade Vanilla ice cream, yum yum you know it! Haylie and Hunter had their first taste of forbidden sweets, cake and ice cream, and pictures are coming soon.
This weekend we went to a scouting camporee with just my almost favorite, but my only canadian step-dad. We had fun trying to fish (but the only thing that was biting was some frogs) and had fun hunting for frogs with my friend Darrien. My favorite part was not during camp. but on the way there alan took me to S-mart and we both got 2 twixs each and we got a bag of chips each, and A ton of Mountain Dew!!!!!!!!!
Mommy and julian time was a blast tonight!!! We had fun talking and taking pictures.

Ok, so I am trying to get back to blogging. We have had a wonderful past year with the babies growing so fast and all the kids helping out so nicely.
Happy Birthday to Julian and Jasmine! My eleven and nine year olds! Love my happy children:)
Zelma Chase holds Haylie and Hunter a few days before her and Joe leave for Texas. We are going to miss our Nana and Grampy (Alan's girls' grandparents and my kids' sub-grandparents.
My days before Alan put on drawer locks. So much fun!
I bought this huge mango at an asian grocery store for $2.00. It's almost bigger than Jasmine's head:) and it fed 5 kids.
Jasmine and Teagan pose for the camera after dinner.
We just recently said good bye to Teagan as she left for London, England for her 4th year of university. Julian, Jasmine, Triston, myself, Alan, and the twins, and some of her family had dinner together at Texas Roadhouse.

So I must be pregnant-with twins. Last night after the kids were in bed and I was checking emails, I got the growlies. I ate well for dinner, but my tummy was EMPTY. I went to the fridge and cut up some watermelon, you know, enough to make regular people have to pee tons in 20 minutes, then I poured my first tall glass of milk, got some wheat thins and cottage cheese and went back to the computer. The food disappeared somewhere fast and I was back in the kitchen again for two plums and more milk. Then at bedtime, two hours later, I still had not peed and had since drinken a bottle of water. Woke up about 1:30 am and then tinkled in the toilet. I just laugh-so much of my weight gain in fluid it's not funny. I am pleased so far though. I can still fit my thighs and bottom into my regular jeans. So I figure it's all babies...

This is baby B, the boy. Same with this one, his head is the somewhat oval thing on the left laying sideways. Oh yeah, btw, the girl was closest to the cervix so the technician doing the ultrasound thought that she may be born first. We'll see...

I just figured out how to scan things onto the computer with my printer so I apologize for these ultrasounds being out of order. Just read the captions and you'll do fine... This is her head view, the somewhat oval shaped part on the left showing an eyesocket.

Here are both heads at 19 weeks. Notice how much of the picture they take up and compare with the ones at 26 weeks. Baby b, the boy is on the left and baby A, the girl is on the right.
This one I have to explain-see the butterfly looking thing in the middle of the picture? Well what would normally be the head of the butterfly is the penis which is also pointed at with the ultrasound mouse if you can see it.

This is her. You can see the line in the upper lefthand area-that shows the dividing line between the two sacs. Notice how much of the screen she takes up and compare with the 26 week pictures...
